*EFMI member rates apply to individual members of national medical informatics societies across Europe (members of EFMI - https://efmi.org/members/).

Registration Cancellation

• EFMI offers the possibility to cancel any registration within 5 days from its payment without any cancellation fees.

• Until 25 September 2026 (23:59 WEST): the registration fee will be refunded and an administrative fee of € 100 will be deducted from the amount

• From 26 September 2026 onwards: no refund will be granted.

For any cancellation or substitution of your registration, the Professional Congress Organiser (CONVIN S.A.) must be notified in writing by e-mail at efmistc2026-registrations@convin.gr.

A number of bursaries will be available, covering the conference fee.

Note: Registration fees have to be paid in Euro.
